I initially had high expectations for this Planet Fitness location. However, there are a few areas that I feel need improvement. Firstly, the hot water supply seems inadequate, particularly during peak times. This issue becomes more noticeable with frequent flushing, leading to a less comfortable shower experience. Additionally, I believe the facilities for disabled individuals could be more spacious and offer better privacy, aligning more closely with Planet Fitness's commitment to inclusivity. Lastly, the choice of music at times seems inappropriate, especially when visiting with family members. I hope these concerns are addressed, as they are crucial for ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for all members.

This is the only planet fitness location I’ve had a hard time taking a guest to. Why would my guest carry their birth certificate to the gym. What’s the point of having a black card membership. Nothing but bots working the front desk.

Very nice..kept sanitized very good..I initionally came in to see if they had tanning beds and I end up getting a membership for girlfriend.. this is very well overdue we needed a workout place here in southeast San Diego ( less fortunate,or should I say it's a area with lots of minorities ..different races and some Caucasian that are consider on the lower spectrum of income..)it's in a very good location..lots parking..

Honestly love this gym since I started and always happy to go in. Super spacious, always clean equipment and functioning, plus bathrooms are huge with lots of lockers and CLEAN. No complaints on my end so far and I’ve been coming for 2 …

I’ve been working out here for a year and honestly this gym has most of what you need. The reduction in stars is the fact that in the mornings between the hours of 6am to 8am that the vents are pushing out cold air. It doesn’t make sense. It makes for a very unpleasant workout condition. I workout with a hoodie, along with half the gym and can never get warmed up enough. They need to turn up the heat and make it a comfortable temperature inside…I shouldn’t have to wear wool socks and still feel cold.

This gym would not let me workout unless I signed a paper in public view listing my name and email. I have the black membership and am supposed to be able to visit any gym. I left since I value my privacy.

Nice and clean. I had a small issue with some of lockers not working properly and the PF staff addressed the issue quickly and checked back with me to make sure everything was good. Staff memeber Chloe is the nicest staff person I have ever met and very attentive. She came to talk to me to make sure I was satisfied now with the lockers. I just started going to this location and she knows me by name.

Great gym! Very clean kept tidy by both workers and the members. They update their equipment, they have free workouts for you to do if playing on the TV all the time. Very great gaming experience :)
